ORDER ISSUES
How do I place an order?
Once you submit a quote request for the items in your cart, a customer service representative will contact you to go over shipping, pricing, and process the payment.
SHIPPING
What are your standard shipping times?
Typically, in-stock items are expected to be shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in San Diego. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
What shipping options are available?
Chemicals are shipped via UPS ground or freight to all U.S. states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Can you ship to a residence or PO box?
We do not ship to residential or PO box addresses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Chemicals and hazmat items are not returnable. Please contact us if there are any issues with your shipment after receiving it.
